Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We believe in respecting the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material allegedly infringed;
  3. Details to locate the infringing material, including the URL of the page;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A statement of accuracy and authorization on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 512(f) of USC Title 17 imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement notifications.

Please send takedown notices through our Contact page via email for prompt action. By submitting a claim, you agree to the possibility of your identity being shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you may send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent to restore the material by providing specific information as required by law.

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. Statement affirming good faith belief of mistake in removal;
  4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Send counter notices through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere to a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers as required by the DMCA. Accounts violating this policy will be terminated.
